Storage and Distribution

Our highly secure premises, just south of Birmingham city centre, has plenty of space for our storage and distribution operation. If you need a large batch of discs, lets say 5,000 to 20,000, but you don't have the space to have them delivered all at once, then we can store them for you and deliver your requested quantity whenever you need them. Having your discs produced in one large batch will save you money in terms of machine set-up costs and they will be available for you at very short notice.

Jewel Case

The familiar jewel cases are designed to take a front booklet, and a rear inlay that rests behind a clear or black tray. Versions that hold up to 6 CDs or DVDs are also available. Approximate dimensions when closed: 142mm x 125mm x 10mm.

Slim-line CD Case

An slimmer alternative to the jewel case, they are supplied in two varieties, either for front booklets or 'J cards'. There is no rear insert as the  CD tray forms the rear of the case. Slim-line cases can be supplied in a variety of colours. Approximate dimensions when closed: 142mm x 125mm x 5mm.

Standard DVD Case

This is the standard case for DVD movies and games. The case is designed to take a sleeve inlay, as well as a booklet inside. Available in black or semi-clear, with a variety of colours upon request. Versions that hold up to 10 CDs or DVDs are also available. Approximate dimensions when closed: 192mm x 135mm x 13mm.

Slim-line DVD Case

A slimmer alternative to full size DVD cases, these are also designed to take a sleeve inlay and internal booklet. Available in black or semi-clear, with a variety of colours upon request. Holds one CD or DVD. Approximate dimensions when closed: 192mm x 135mm x 7mm.
 

Clamshell case for CD or DVD

An attractive alternative to jewel cases. Printed paper parts are not required. The on-body print is visible through the packaging; may hold one CD or DVD. Available in a variety of colours. Ring binder versions are also available. Approximate dimensions when closed: 125mm (diameter) x 5mm.

CD and DVD Tins Storage

When you need to make a statement about the quality of your product. These tins come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and can be embossed and printed, offering a unique and eye-catching packaging solution for special projects.

Ejector Case

For something a little different, the ejector case is a clear, plastic case with a clever mechanism that ejects the CD or DVD at the push of a button. The disc's on-body print is visible through the packaging. Also available with space for a booklet, and ring binder version. Holds one CD or DVD.

Card Wallets

Ideal for mailing out and any application where a light and thin packaging solution is required. These can be colour printed, with a gloss or matt finish. Available in various card weights. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Poly Wallets

Simple, clear or coloured, semi-transparent plastic wallets that are ideal for a broad variety of applications. The disc's printed surface is visible through the plastic. Approximate dimensions when closed: 126mm x 130mm x 0.5mm.
